In some cases the AI answers are incorrect although the data in notion is correct. So it would be good to correct and train the ai for a specific answer.
Luca
hi Rafael: this is particular.
Do you have examples of such behavior?
If the data on Notion is correct it might be that the AI is taking the information from another source.
The Chatbot is and the question would help me troubleshoot it. Thanks!

Luca: Yes. I added a notion with pricing plans for my app: https://helpful-breath-b28.notion.site/Fancy-Product-Designer-FAQ-625be60737974bdc913e9fdaf4fc8b62
But I also have a feature in my app that is called "pricing rules". As soon as I add that page (https://fancyproductdesigner.com/addon-pricing-rules/) to the trained data and asking the ai about the pricing of my app, it uses that pricing rules feature as source and returning false information regarding our pricing plans for my actual app. I hope that is understandable.
Right now I removed that page about pricing rules feature.

Rafael: got it, that makes sense since the Chatbot doesn't have context about which content would work better, the text is very similar.
I think that you can try to provide info about the "Add-on Custom Pricing Rules" on the notion page, and add a link to the web page that contains the calculator.

That's a great point Alex
At the moment it's possible to see all the conversations between the Chatbot and the users in the "Messages" section.
But we'll definitely expand it with the aforementioned features 🙌

a history of all user questions in the backend would be nice with the possibility to manually add answers to the raised questions!
